Cheapest neighborhoods in Fountain?

Hey, I'm originally from Miami and With a population of 29,327, Fountain is a smaller city. It's a a smaller city city with about 29,327 people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What are your go-to spots? Thanks!
