What to expect moving to Fountain?

Anyone else feel this way? Been living here since 2008. The median home value here is around $374,600, which seems about average. Poverty rate is 5.8%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Thanks for reading.

We moved here with our family and it exceeded my expectations. Schools in Maple Ridge area are decent. Kids love it here.

I've lived in Pine Hills for about 1 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's been a really good experience overall. When I first moved here from Miami, I was surprised by walkability. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Strong job market in several industries
- The cost of living scene is surprisingly good

The downsides:
- Property taxes are high
- Dating scene is rough

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for singles. Hope this helps!.

Weather-wise, the summers are pretty good and winters are stable. You get used to it after the first year.
