Not sure if this has been asked before, but We have two kids and Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. It's a a small town city with about 1,539 people. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. the quality of life is solid. Internet is surprisingly good in most areas.
