Been living here since 2022. Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a a smaller city city with about 56,358 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
