OK so Just moved here 8 months ago and It's a a smaller city city with about 56,358 people. Household incomes average around $111,797 in Fountain Valley. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I wrong here? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
