How much do you pay for rent in Fountain Valley?

I've been here for 9 years and Household incomes average around $111,797 in Fountain Valley. Homes are going for about $1,018,600 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem excellent.

I've been here 7 years and I love the pace of life here. The thing nobody mentions is cost of living. It's affordable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the school system is legit. And if you're into hiking, this place is pretty good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Westside side vs the North side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
