Most overrated things about Fountain Valley
OK so Been living here since 2008. Poverty rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $1,018,600, which is pretty steep. Rent is about $2,507/month for a decent place. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Thanks! Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
