Alright, I'm a remote worker and Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. With a population of 56,358, Fountain Valley is a smaller city. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. Anyone in a similar situation? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
