Anyone else love living in Fountainebleau?

Alright, I grew up here but left for a while. Poverty rate is 8.3%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $284,600, which seems about average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Cheers.

I'm a teacher and I've found the quality of life is solid. The community is better than expected and there's always something going on.
