Anyone regret moving to Fountainebleau?

Homes are going for about $284,600 on average. It's a a smaller city city with about 56,453 people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Would love some local perspective.

Weather-wise, the summers are average and winters are competitive. You get used to it after the first year.
