Healthcare options in Fountainebleau?

Hey, I grew up here but left for a while. You can expect to pay around $1,948 for rent here. Median household income is $65,568, which feels about average for the area. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit is excellent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it was the best decision I ever made.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value dating scene, you'll love it. The public transit is genuinely tough and I've found I'm still on the fence after all this time. My neighborhood (Springfield) is wild and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Tampa, be prepared for the culture shock. community vibe is completely different here. And Limited public transit options.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.

Hot take but I love the pace of life here. I know a lot of people disagree but after 8 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem hit or miss.

I've been here 8 years and it's exactly what I was looking for. The thing nobody mentions is weather. It's established and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the public transit is legit. And if you're into kayaking, this place is solid.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Uptown side vs the South side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Happy to answer more specific questions..
