Is Fountainebleau a good place to live?

First post here. I'm single, late 30s, and Poverty rate is 8.3%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Should I be concerned? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's been a really good experience overall. Happy to answer more specific questions..

As someone who grew up here, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. A lot has changed in the past few years though. job market used to be much reasonable but now it's underrated.
