Hi all, Homes are going for about $284,600 on average. It's a a smaller city city with about 56,453 people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. TIA! There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to.
