Worst things about Fountainebleau nobody talks about

Anyone else feel this way? I'm originally from San Diego and Homes are going for about $284,600 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Fountainebleau sits at 231.7 per 100K. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

As someone who grew up here, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. A lot has changed in the past few years though. nightlife used to be much affordable but now it's decent.
