Anyone regret moving to Four Corners?

Anyone else feel this way? I've been here for 5 years and You can expect to pay around $1,769 for rent here. Rent is about $1,769/month for a decent place. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. I have mixed feelings honestly. Compared to Raleigh it's hit or miss.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are excellent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
