So, I've been here for 14 years and Crime rate is something to consider -Four Corners sits at 131.6 per 100K. Rent is about $1,769/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 60,443 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Is this normal for Four Corners? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
