Dog-friendly places in Four Corners?

Longtime lurker here, I'm a teacher here and With a population of 60,443, Four Corners is a smaller city. The median home value here is around $312,300, which seems about average. Household incomes average around $74,202 in Four Corners. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Anyone in a similar situation? Cheers. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I've lived in Eastside for about 8 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's been a really good experience overall. When I first moved here from Nashville, I was surprised by traffic. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Good schools in most areas
- The cultural scene scene is solid

The downsides:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Property taxes are high

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for retirees. Good luck with whatever you decide..

I have mixed feelings honestly. When I first moved here from Phoenix, I was surprised by dating scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
