How much do you pay for rent in Four Corners?

OK so The median home value here is around $620,200, which is pretty steep. Median household income is $111,474, which feels pretty solid for the area. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Came here for weather and stayed because it's improved dramatically in recent years. The public transit is honestly average and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
