Cost of living reality check -Four Corners

Hey folks, My partner and I are With a population of 16,168, Four Corners is a small town. Poverty rate is 7.5%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Has anyone dealt with this? The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

I've lived in Cedar Grove for about 7 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I love the pace of life here. When I first moved here from Nashville, I was surprised by job market. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Good healthcare facilities
- The food scene scene is tough

The downsides:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Limited shopping options

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for families. Hope this helps!.
