Is Four Corners good for remote workers?

So, Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. With a population of 16,168, Four Corners is a small town. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Any advice would be great. Cheers. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 14 years ago from Tampa and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Sunset. It's decent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is wild right now, especially in education. If you're in manufacturing you might struggle.

People: Generally average. It took about 7 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: average. Tons of options if you like Vietnamese.
