Hi all, We have two kids and Household incomes average around $72,853 in Four Corners. Crime rate is something to consider -Four Corners sits at 146.9 per 100K. Average temperature is around 71--F, so it's warm year-round. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
