Day-to-day life in Four Corners, TX

Been meaning to ask this. You can expect to pay around $1,609 for rent here. Household incomes average around $72,853 in Four Corners. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Let me know your thoughts. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

We moved here with our family and it's been a really good experience overall. Schools in Old Town area are surprisingly good. Kids love it here.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's been a really good experience overall. Internet is hit or miss in most areas.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it's been a really good experience overall. Compared to Salt Lake City it's surprisingly good.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it was the best decision I ever made. Good luck with whatever you decide..

Alright, I'll give you the full rundown since I see a lot of surface-level answers here.

I've been in Eastside for 13 years. Moved from Boston for work. Here's my honest, detailed take:

**Housing:**
The market right now is decent. We bought in 2022 at k and it's now worth up a bit than that. If you're renting, expect /mo for a decent 4-bed in a safe area. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts.

**Employment:**
manufacturing is strong here. engineering is hit or miss. If you're remote, you'll love the cost of living. Average salaries are affordable for the area.

**Quality of Life:**
there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The outdoor scene is solid - we have beaches within easy driving distance. Dining has gotten so much better in the past few years.

**Schools (if relevant):**
Varies hugely by district. Eastside schools are hit or miss. If you have kids, this should be your number one factor in choosing a neighborhood.

**The Bad:**
I'd be lying if I said everything is great. Limited public transit options. Summers can be brutally hot. And weather can be frustrating.

**Bottom line:**
For remote workers, I'd say this is a 6/10. Feel free to reach out with questions.. Feel free to ask specific questions - happy to help.
