What surprised you most about Four Square Mile?

Hi all, The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 10.6%, which is around average. With a population of 21,788, Four Square Mile is a small town. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Pros:
- Good job market
- Friendly people
- Close to nature

Cons:
- Sprawl everywhere
- Limited dining options
- Far from major airports
