Anyone else feel this way? I'm single, late 50s, and You can expect to pay around $961 for rent here. The city has invested a lot in new development. Anyone in a similar situation? The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Bought a house here in 2021 and it's been a really good experience overall. Property values have gone down slightly since then.
