Been living here since 2024. The median home value here is around $171,300, which is actually reasonable. Rent is about $1,102/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 45--F, so expect cold winters. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Thoughts?
