I'm a 30-year-old sales rep and The unemployment rate is 1.6%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Worth the trade-offs? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
