Hey folks, I'm retired and The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,853/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 8.1%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $98,179 in Framingham. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I overthinking this? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
