Best apartments in Framingham under ?

So, I'm a remote worker and Rent is about $1,853/month for a decent place. Should I be concerned? Thanks in advance!

Moved here last year, no regrets.

Came here for work and stayed because it was the best decision I ever made. The weather is honestly excellent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Weather-wise, the summers are hit or miss and winters are affordable. You get used to it after the first year.

Bought a house here in 2022 and I genuinely enjoy living here. Property values have gone about the same since then.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a lawyer who relocated here from Miami about 3 years ago. The main reasons were work and a job opportunity.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good schools in most areas
- Decent public transit for the size
- Affordable housing options

Cons that are real:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Limited shopping options

Financially, we've found it decent compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are wild, gas is hit or miss.

Socially, it's exactly what I was looking for. No regrets on my end..
