Couple moving to Framingham from out of state

Hi all, Been living here since 2009. Poverty rate is 8.1%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,853 for rent here. Rent is about $1,853/month for a decent place. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What neighborhoods would you suggest? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
