So, The median home value here is around $374,100, which seems about average. Average temperature is around 55--F, so expect cold winters. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What do you all think? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

I work in tech here and the quality of life is solid. The job market for my field is excellent. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
