Is public transit usable in Francisville?
Anyone else feel this way? Just moved here 6 months ago and You can expect to pay around $1,246 for rent here. Rent is about $1,246/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 10,313 people. Homes are going for about $374,100 on average. Median household income is $146,280, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
