Anyone else love living in Franconia?

Alright, Poverty rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $152,007, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a small town city with about 18,141 people. Household incomes average around $152,007 in Franconia. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Worth the trade-offs? Thanks in advance! The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

I work in education here and I'm still on the fence after all this time. The job market for my field is excellent. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
