Honest thoughts on life in Franconia

OK so My partner and I are With a population of 18,141, Franconia is a small town. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Is this normal for Franconia? Any help is appreciated.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Internet is excellent in most areas.
