I'm originally from Baltimore and With a population of 28,452, Frankfort is a smaller city. Poverty rate is 15.8%, which is higher than I expected. Rent is about $935/month for a decent place. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development.
