Alright, I grew up here but left for a while. It's a a smaller city city with about 28,452 people. Rent is about $935/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $935 for rent here. Median household income is $54,438, which feels on the lower side for the area. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Would love some local perspective. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
