Hey folks, I'm a college student here and Rent is about $935/month for a decent place. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

As someone who grew up here, the quality of life is solid. A lot has changed in the past few years though. weather used to be much affordable but now it's improving.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's improved dramatically in recent years. The only thing I'd watch out for is traffic. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..
