OK so I'm a teacher here and It's a a small town city with about 5,770 people. Homes are going for about $565,200 on average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Would love some local perspective. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
