Anyone else love living in Franklin Farm?

Curious what people think. I relocated for work and The median home value here is around $810,600, which is pretty steep. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What do you all think?

I'm a social worker and I've found I love the pace of life here. The community is better than expected and there's always something going on.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's exactly what I was looking for. Internet is challenging in most areas.

My experience has been mostly positive. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The only thing I'd watch out for is cultural scene. Other than that, Happy to answer more specific questions..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is community vibe. it exceeded my expectations. Worth doing your research before committing.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. I love the pace of life here. Compared to Salt Lake City it's tough.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Internet is underrated in most areas.

Public transit is improving here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's been a really good experience overall.

The food scene here is decent. Tons of great BBQ places. I'm still on the fence after all this time.
