Should I move to Franklin or stay in San Francisco?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm originally from Cleveland and Rent is about $1,127/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $212,500 on average. The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $77,305, which feels about average for the area. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I wrong here? The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Weather-wise, the summers are improving and winters are reasonable. You get used to it after the first year.

Public transit is challenging here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's been a really good experience overall.
