Day-to-day life in Franklin, KY

So, My family moved here when I was a kid. Homes are going for about $170,400 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Franklin sits at 232.4 per 100K. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

Moved here from Seattle about 2 years ago. it exceeded my expectations. Still getting used to outdoor recreation but Hope this helps!.
