My partner and I are Household incomes average around $55,552 in Franklin. Homes are going for about $170,400 on average. Poverty rate is 11.0%, which is around average. The median home value here is around $170,400, which is actually reasonable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
