Best industries in Franklin right now

Random thought, Military spouse here. Poverty rate is 16.9%, which is higher than I expected. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What do you all think?

I've lived in Fairview for about 10 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's exactly what I was looking for. When I first moved here from Atlanta, I was surprised by pet-friendliness. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Strong job market in several industries
- The dating scene scene is average

The downsides:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Bugs and humidity in summer

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for retirees. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
