Housing market in Franklin Park right now

Hey everyone, My family moved here when I was a kid. With a population of 18,233, Franklin Park is a small town. Household incomes average around $76,009 in Franklin Park. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Has anyone dealt with this? Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want dating scene, then yeah this place is great. But if community vibe matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
