What to expect moving to Franklin Park?

I'm originally from Omaha and Crime rate is something to consider -Franklin Park sits at 743.9 per 100K. Poverty rate is 6.6%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $2,074 for rent here. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I wrong here? Thanks! It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'm a marketing manager and I've found I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The community is excellent and there's always something going on.
