Quick question about Franklin Park

I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Poverty rate is 0.7%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want housing market, then yeah this place is great. But if outdoor recreation matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
