Freelancing from Franklin Square -experience?

Curious what people think. I'm a 30-year-old teacher and Poverty rate is 4.6%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $640,300, which is pretty steep. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I overthinking this?

As someone who grew up here, I have mixed feelings honestly. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cost of living used to be much pricey but now it's tough.
