First post here. I'm a college student here and Median household income is $140,051, which feels pretty solid for the area. Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Would love some local perspective. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
