Is it worth buying in Franklin?

Hello, Rent is about $1,861/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 1.6%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Let me know your thoughts. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Moved here from Raleigh about 2 years ago. it was the best decision I ever made. Still getting used to housing market but Good luck with whatever you decide..
