Is Franklin worth it salary-wise?

Been meaning to ask this. I work in construction and Poverty rate is 10.3%, which is around average. Household incomes average around $65,125 in Franklin. With a population of 8,212, Franklin is a small town. It's a a small town city with about 8,212 people. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. Should I be concerned? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

I've been living here for 13 years and I'd say I love the pace of life here. The housing market is decent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

I've lived in Maple Ridge for about 1 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's improved dramatically in recent years. When I first moved here from Austin, I was surprised by food scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Strong job market in several industries
- The cultural scene scene is underrated

The downsides:
- Limited public transit options
- Rising rent and home prices

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for singles. Good luck with whatever you decide..
