First post here. Rent is about $1,325/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 35,751 people. The median home value here is around $343,400, which seems about average. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I overthinking this? Thanks in advance! The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
